In the Emergency First Response Instructor program, you will become familiar with the EFR program philosophy and curricula and prepare you to teach courses that are low-stress, performance-based and learner-centered.

What you can do as an Emergency First Response Instructor

  • As an Emergency First Response Instructor, you will be able to conduct the following programs:
  • EFR Primary & Secondary Care
  • Care for Children
  • CPR & AED

Prerequisites

  • Have completed an EFR Primary and Secondary Care (or qualifying training) within the past 24 months.
  • Be 18 years old.

Course Fee

  • The course fee is $300 per person.  
  • The course fee does not include materials or the Emergency First Response application fees.
